The Foundation Board meets quarterly to make decisions on grant applications. The meetings normally take place in August/September, November/December, February/March and May/June. Grant applications must be postmarked on or before the dates listed below in order to be considered at the corresponding meetings. Grant applications post-marked after the deadline will be considered at the following Board meeting except in special circumstances.

The Foundation is limited to only one grant to an organization per year.
An organization which has received funding must wait one full year before being eligible for another grant.
